healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
1 ripe pear
1/2 cup (1 dl) plain Greek yoghurt
3/4 cups (2 dl) plain coconut milk
1 tbsp coarsely ground flaxseeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
a handful of walnuts for topping
Add all the ingredients minus the walnuts in a blender.
Pour in a glass, and top with walnuts!
