healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
An other day, and an other great opportunity to workout. I love Zuzanas’ workout. And here is the number 10 in the series of workouts with ZuzkaLight.
It is 10 minutes. Complete as many rounds that you can:
100 jump rope/high knees
20 reptile burpees
20 kettlebell jumps
I followed the video and completed: 2.5 rounds
And since I love push ups so much. I did diamond push ups: 2 sets of 10 repetitions. If this is the first time you are doing these, remember: core tight, and stabilize. Do the exercise on your knees the first time.
