Daily Workout 22.04.2012 – ZWOW #11

Zuzana was the former BodyRock.Tv hostess, and now she has her own channel. ZuzkaLight. And here is an other great workout from here. This is only a 10 minute workout, but it’s very efficient.

Complete as many round as possible in 10 minutes:

Mule Kick 10 reps

Sumo Push Ups 10 reps

Side Jump Lunges 20 reps
