healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Always remember to warm up prior to any exercise.
I warmed up with:
50 low jacks
First of the Challenge: Do at least 15 pistols on each leg. Here is the video by Zuzana if you have never done them before.
20 Squats and leg kicks (on each leg)
Do 2-3 rounds if you have time:)
