healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Yes, I know. Grass, and sweet does not go in the combination of foods that a lot of people like to drink or eat. But wheatgrass is an excellent start to the day, either as a shot, or like here in a smoothie. If you don’t have the fresh kind, you can just use powder.
1 small bunch of wheatgrass
1 apple, peeled
1 cup (235 ml) orange juice
8-6 cubes of ice
Mix it all in your blender, until smooth.
