healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This workout takes you 3 minutes. Just watch the video. In your day take a 10 minute walk. Any were, around the block or in the park. 10 minutes goes a long way. I love being outside. And if I could choose I would be outside most of the day. Warm or cold.
