Daily Workout 03.05.2012 – Got 3 minutes?

This workout takes you 3 minutes.  Just watch the video. In your day take a 10 minute walk. Any were, around the block or in the park. 10 minutes goes a long way. I love being outside. And if I could choose I would be outside  most of the day. Warm or cold.

I did 3 rounds  of this exercise.

This exercise  sustains of 4 moves:

Jumping Lunges

Plank Jump Tucks

Plyometric Push ups

Surf Squat

      Yes, it is. I think I feel way better about my self now in my 30’s than what I did in my 20’s 🙂 Thank you for the kind words:) 🙂 Health is the new wealth 🙂
