Red Morning Smoothie

Smoothies are a good started to a good day!

2 Servings

2 carrots

1/2 avocado

1 mango, in chunks ( frozen or fresh)

2 cups (ca.5 dl) coconut milk (beverage kind: sodelicous  or silk)

1 tbsp coconut oil

Run it all in your blender until smooth
