Spiced Carrot Smoothie

1 serving

1/2 cup (1 dl ) orange juice

1 cup (2.5 dl) chopped carrots

4 oz (113 gr) apple sauce

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 cup (1/2 dl) Greek yoghurt


Put all this in your blender, and blend away. Puré until smooth.
