healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

And then….. today I’m doing something new. I made the youtube video for my workout my self. Let me know what you think! This is my first time making something like this. So what do you prefer, a short breakdown of the workout, and showing how to do the workout. Or a video that you can workout with the whole way?
Everyone has opinions, so let me hear yours!
I did this workout with one of my friends at the gym earlier today. She liked it a lot! Only thing I did different was that I finished it with 30 step ups w/ 25 lb kettlebell.
If you don’t have a kettlebell, you can use a normal dumb bell.
You’ll need two different weights/kettlebell, one light one and a heavier one!
30 Jumping Jacks
30 “ski jumps” /criss crosses
Do 1 round with a light kettlebell 5-12 lb’s or depending on your strength. Second is done with 20-25 lb kettlbell or depending on your strength.
30 squats w/kettlbell
30 one arm swings w/kettlbell
30 straight arm w/squat
30 Turkish get ups
50 Walking lunges
