Like the fishcakes that I made meatballs can be made several ways. This is one way:
4 servings
1 lb (500 gr) ground beef
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup (1 dl) milk or water
Oil or butter for cooking
Mix everything in the blender or food processor!
Use two spoons, and soak in water to shape your meatballs. You can also use wet hands!
Put them in a preheated skillet with oil or butter.
Cook for about 5 minutes on each side! Do a test if you like!
Dry the meatballs of on a paper towel. Back home we eat meatballs with steamed or boiled carrots and potatoes, and brown sauce. And some cranberry jam. And that is just how I served this!
