healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
I am a big fan of Zuzana the previous host of BodyRock.TV. And this latest workout has a big star in my book. Maybe because of the wall walks (which I happen to love) or maybe because it is a quick workout: 12 minutes. And it still makes you sweat!!
Did you try out my “All about legs” yesterday? I didn’t get any feedback on it yet!
The whole idea is to be able to do all this “daily workouts” in the comfort of your own home. Many of us, have busy lives, kids etc. It makes in convenient to take a short amount of time and do one workout at home!
Back to the workout:
Complete as many rounds as you can, or follow Zuzana like I did.
One round is:
Wall walks 5 reps
Wall lunges 10 reps
Plank wall touches 15 reps
Wall sits with march 20 reps
