healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So for those who don’t know Martial Arts and kickboxing is my thing. I try to put thins from it in my everyday workout. And this today is a challenge. Let’s see if you can do it. It will burn, but it’s a good burn. Grab a chair/wall or try it on the floor. Let’s go:
Lean back a little, take up your knee, and have your knee and foot in a 90 degree angel. From the side it looks like:
Keep your knee in the same position, and just move the part from the knee and down. Stretch it all the way out, and bend it back.
The challenge is this:
On one foot do:
10 sidekicks, without putting the foot down
Pulse for then ( very small up and downs, while the foot is straight)
