healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
If you’re not a huge fan of ginger, try this with 1/2 of the amount of ginger!
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 tsp fresh, chopped ginger
1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk ( beverage kind)
1/2 cup (1 dl) Greek yoghurt
4-5 pitted dried dates
Juice of 1/2 grapefruit
1/4 cup ( 2 egg whites/1/2 dl ) egg whites
3-4 tsp egg white protein, vanilla
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix it all in your blender!
