40 Lunges with twist
Begin by lying on your back with your arms by your sides, palms facing up. Raise your legs so they are straight up toward the ceiling. Pull your navel toward your spine, and lift your hips a few inches. Legs should be straight up at all times. Then slightly lower your hips toward the floor. Repeat!
40 Push ups
Repeat all this 3 times!
