Daily Workout 25.05.2012 – ZWOW #18

There is nothing like a good workout. Zuzana has done it again.

It’s a workout for time. 5 rounds.

One round is:

Burpee step ups 5  reps each leg

Round kick back lunge 15 reps each leg

Inverted leg extensions 20 reps

Tricep dips 30 reps
