healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
The other evening I really wanted something quick. And then I remembered my ” green avocado pasta”. So with that in mind I stepped in the kitchen.
1 serving of noodles or pasta ( I used spelt noodles) Cook as described on package
4 pitted dates (optional) (gives a sweet flavor)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) plain yoghurt
1 tbsp black olive tapenade
salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Mix everything (minus the noodles) in your blender. Until smooth.
