Daily Workout 26.05.2012 – Under Armour Challenge & My Whole Body Workout!

So if you’re new to my page let me just short sum it up:

A couple of weeks back I entered this challenge by Under Armour called “What’s beautiful”. It’s about redefining the female athlete. Showing the world what is beautiful. Push your limits, workout harder, achieve goals and so much more.

Today is a post that I made for the challenge. I did something I have never done before in this workout : floor jumps. There was always this  mental block in my head that said I could not do it. And I did it!!!!!

The workout is easy:

Grab a medium weight:

Bridge w/weights (hold for 10, puls for 10  repeat 2 times)

Push ups (down on count of 2, up on count of 2 : repeat 10 times)

Knees Progressions (right foot down, right knee down, get up on the same side) 10 on each

Squat pulses 10 reps

Wall Walks w/shoulder taps and push ups  6 reps

Floor Jumps  6 reps

Repeat this 2-3 times and you have a 15 min workout!
