healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So my thing for the next couple of weeks is burpees, a lot of them. My goal is to complete a round of 400 meters ( about 1200 feet). I’ve started slowly and I am now doing 120 meter rounds (360 feet).
This how you do a burpee. Now the challenge:
Do 50 burpees!!
