healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
If you haven’t noticed I am a big fan of baking and grilling my food. So today we are doing baking:
8-10 chicken tenders
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) cranberry juice
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) balsamic vinegar
2 tsp thyme
3 tbsp oil
3 tsp thyme
1 clove garlic
1) Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C)
2)Add the chicken and “chicken mix” ingredients in a zipper bag, and let marinade for 10-20 minutes.
3) In a separate bag mix the “beet mix”. Spread on a parchment paper or aluminum covered sheet.
4) Bake the beets for 15-20 minutes, or until soft!
5) Add the chicken on a separate cooking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve the food with a nice salad!
