healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is the second pork dish on my blog. Here is the first one that I made: Clean Eating BBQ Pork & Peaches.
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2.25 lb ( 1 kg) Pork sirloin chops
1) In a zip-lock bag add all the ingredients, and let the pork marinate and refrigerate for about 1 hr.
2)Now you have two choices, either put the oven on broil, or bbq the pork chops.
3)Preheat broiler to high. Divide the pork out on aluminum covered pan.
4) Broil for about 20 minutes. Or until all the way cooked! Keep an eye on the food.
5) Serve with a easy salad: I used spinach and tomatoes.
