Daily Workout 13.06.2012 – ZWOW #21

Woot Woot!  Here is an other great workout by Zuzana. She is an amazing woman, that shows amazing strength.


Am ramp. 10 minutes. 3 exercises as many rounds as you can:


Burpee handstands 5 reps

Ninja jumps 5 reps

Squat side kicks 10 reps each side
