healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
I like spicy food, and I love fish. So here is a combination of those two.
9 0z (339 grams) of cod fillets
3 potatoes sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
4 – 5 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp black sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C0
In a deep dish add all the chopped potatoes, and the red onions.
Put the fish on top, and add the carrots, bell pepper around it.
Drizzle the oil, spices and sesame seeds over the fish.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
