healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Today is the first day of the workout group that I am hosting at our gym. Just for the fun and love of working out. We are 6 women so far, that meet. Today we’re going to do a circuit workout and a loooong ab workout. And focus on the core. I love pushing people to be and get better!
Here is a simple core workout you can do at home. No equipment needed!
