Daily Workout 19.06.2012 – All about shoulders

This time around there is no weights to the workout:) But 5-10 minutes of this and you will feel it:


5 rounds 1 minute on 30 sec rest on each exercise:

1) Arm circles

2) Floor Dips

3) Superman w/an elevation
