healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Today’s workout is easy. A total of 6 min total workout time.
Set a timer: it is 1 minute workout and then 30 sec rest
Do the lunge on one leg at the time, and switch after 1 minute. Use dumb bells if you have, or just some weighted water bottles.
