Chicken On A Bed Of Greens

2 servings

The Chicken:

1.40 lb (0.6 kg) Chicken breast tenders, chopped

Spice Mix:

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp crushed extra hot red chillies

1 tsp black sesame seeds

1 bay leaf, cruched

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 tsp bouillon

The Greens

1 cup (2.5 dl) frozen spinach

2 cups (5 dl) frozen turnip greens

1 cup (2.5 dl)  frozen green beans

1 tsp butter

1 clove garlic, chopped

1 tsp bouillon

Start of with the chicken and the spice mix. Melt the butter and add all the spices, mix well for about 1 minute. Then add the chicken.

Have eye on medium. Stir and let simmer. Cook all the way through.  About 10-15 minutes. Depending on the sizes of your chicken.

In a different skillet add the butter and the bouillon for the greens, let simmer for 1 minute, add all the greens. Stir well. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Divide the green on two plates, and put the chicken on top.
