Daily Workout 28.06.2012 – Legs on fire!

 

Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises:

 

30 reps Skater plyos

30 Single leg bench squats

30 Stiffed leg dead lifts (with your max weight)

40 Calf raises (these can be done on the stairs)
