Daily Workout 29.06.2012 – Kettlebell shoulder burn!

Yes, it should burn, it shouldn’t be painful, but you should be able to feel that your shoulders are there!

This is a easy exercise to each side for 1 min rest for 30 sec between. Repeat 3 times! Use a medium kettlebell or dumb bell!
