healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Here is the other Tikka Masala recipe that I made some time back. I served it with chapati bread. Which takes about 5 minutes to make!
Makes 2-3 servings
1 lb (500 gr) chicken breasts ( thinly sliced/chopped)
1 tbsp canola oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp curry
2 tbsp sweet & sour sauce (I used Sun Luck “all natural”)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup (1 dl) water
1. Heat up the skillet, add oil, and then chicken, cook all the way through
2. Add the garlic and the spices, stir before adding tomato paste and water. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3. Serve with chapati bread or just a salad!
