healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is a good dessert, snack or pre/post workout meal.
1/2 tsp agave nectar
1 grapefruit (peeled, and divided)
Mix all in a bowl, and set aside
1 tsp agave nectar
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup (2.5 dl) Greek yoghurt ( I used Chobani: Passion fruit)
1 ripe avocado
1 egg white
1/2 cup (1 dl) coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Put all this minus the grapefruit/agave nectar in the food processor/blender .
Serve with the grapefruit on top.
