Mango Tango Morning Smoothie


After some traveling and vacation, I am back. It’s been a little on and off here lately, but I’m gonna try my best to post a couple of times while I am on vacation too.


This time it is an easy smoothie:

1 serving

1 dl (1/2 cup) frozen mango

1 dl (1/2 cup) frozen pineapple

1/2 dl (1/4 cup) vanilla quark (kesam)

2 dl (3/4 cups) apple juice

Mix it all in you blender.
