Daily Workout 20.08.2012 – Hip release

A lot of the day to day  stress, and everything els gets stored in your hips, they stiffen up, or you have back pain, head aches and other things that comes with all the weight that our legs and hips have to carry every day.

That’s when it is good to do some yoga, for both women and men. Try this workout and see how you feel. And remember you work with what you got, I am for one not as flexible as Esther is.  🙂
