healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

Postworkout Protein Mango & Pineapple Snack

After 1.5 hr in they gym I craved one of my favorite post workout foods. Cottage cheese.

1/2 mango diced

1/4 pineapple diced

1 dl (1/2 cup) cottage cheese

2 tbsp vanilla kesam/quark



Add everything in a bowl.


Sprinkle your desired amount of cinnamon on top.
