healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Todays exercise is Russian twists. Sit with your legs on the floor, and back straight. Lean back, and as you feel you abs engage lift your legs slightly from the floor. You can use a medicine ball or a dumb bell. Twist from side to side.
When I do this exercise I do it as a pyramid starting at 10 on each side working my way down to 1. Rest and then build it up to 10 again.
