Daily Workout – Walking Push Ups

I’ve been teaching 4 classes in two days, and doing my own workouts, and my  walking around. Love it!!! So in the ballistic classes and the bootcamps we have been doing this exercise for 50 yards *6 try it in your living room, or at the gym!!!



Put your hands in front of you, do a push up either on knees or straight. Keep core tight, glutes tight.  Don’t move your hands, walk your legs up to your hands, stand up. Don’t move your legs, put your hands on the ground in front of you, and do a push up. Repeat!!!! Feel the burn…..
