Who needs Alfredo’s – creamy parmesan sauce

This is a remake of a old recipe that I did a looooong time back.

If you are like me, and you actually have to make a lot of your own food, due to allergies,  or IBS. This is a very good way to make your own pasta sauce, it takes about 10 minutes. If you really like Parmesan cheese, you can add in some extra.

———–

1/2 cup ( 1 dl)  heavy cream ( there is one cream made out of oats )

1/4 cup  (1/2 dl) grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup ( 1/2 dl ) grated cheddar cheese

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 egg yolk

—————-

1. Put cream, and the cheeses in a pan, bring it to a boil, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Add salt, pepper and egg yoke, let simmer for an other 5 minutes.

3. Serve it with pasta, and  salad.

Enjoy!

I love this “water bobble”. This water bottle filters the water while you drink the water, its very practical when you are on the go. Both me and my son drink from this one several times a day. I started giving him water with a teaspoon, but now he has found out how to drink from a bottle, a cup and through a straw. I bought my bottle at the GNC store, but they get sold there, Target and at Amazon. Here is their homepage. It was $10, which I think its more than worth. Also read here, why you should drink more water.

Enjoy! Thank you for stopping by my blog. I hope you found some inspiration.
