Clean Portobello-Muchroom Pizza

This is a good alternative to pizza with the flour crust. And they are so juicy and tasty.

Makes 3 servings

3 tbsp canola oil

5 green onions, chopped

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 lb (500 gr) ground beef (organic)

4 tsp tomato paste

juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tsp dried basil

salt and pepper to taste

grated cheese ( I used  mexican four cheese, an other option is parmesan cheese)

Heat oven to 400 F (200 C)

Add oil to skillet, heat up, and add green onions and garlic. Sauté.

Add the meat.

Cook for a little bit before adding tomato paste, lemon juice and spices.

Cut the stems of the mushroom, and add the mixture to the top.

Garnish with your desired amount of cheese.

Bake for 12 minutes.

Let them rest for a little bit before serving. Also goes very nicely with a salad on the side.

Enjoy! Thank you for stopping by my blog. I hope you found some inspiration.
