Daily Workout – Scissor Lunges




Stand with your hands behind your head. Feet hip-width apart. Lunge forward, lower the knee down. Jump up, explosively, and scissor your legs in midair, land on opposite leg. Repeat.

Do rounds of 50 repetitions 1-2 cycles.
