healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is a picture from yesterday. – 42 F, same as -42 C. Just some “eye stickles” and everything gets nice and frosty.
My morning started as usual with some fruit and vegetables. I made this smoothie:
1 cup ( 2.5 dl) apple juice
1 cup (2.5 dl) water
2 dried figs
4 dried, pitted dates
1/4 cups (1/2 dl) raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup (2.5 dl) mango chunks, frozen
1/2 cup ( 1 dl) frozen raspberries
1 strawberry to garnish
Mix it all in your blender until smooth if desired.
