healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Juicing is always a good thing. And since I know there is a lot of people every where that starts out the new year with a purely juicing cleanse. Here is an other juice recipe that I did some time back:
2 dl (3/4 cups) fresh spinach
1 dl (1/2 cup) water to mix in the juice afterwards
1.Add everything to your juicer minus the water
2. Pour the fluid over in a glass, and add in the water.
This taste to good! And its a great start to the day, and to get your metabolism up and running after the dormant state of sleep.
