healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
I love this frosting, maybe it’s the chocolate talking. There is cream cheese in this frosting, and if you are not a fan, it can be dropped. The frosting is still delish.
14.11 oz (400 gr) dark chocolate
12.35 oz (350 gr) butter, room temperature
3.5 oz (100 gr) powdered sugar (Melis)
0.90 oz (25 gr) cacao powder
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) boiling warm water
1 pckg (5.6 oz/160 gr) Philadelphia cheese with chocolate flavor, room temperature
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. And let it cool off.
Mix the butter and powder sugar until “fluffy”. And then add the cacao powder and water. Finally add the cooled off chocolate, cacao mix, and cream cheese.
Let the frosting cool off a little before adding it to your cake/cupcakes or muffins.
