healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
With a 2 year old and a almost 6 weeks old, things are a little hectic. So I always look for a quick way to make dinner. These burgers are easy and quick. I posted this a while back, but as I am making them again, I am re-posting. Have an excellent Thursday!
Spring is here. Everything is blooming. Yeay!
A little while back I made some “Clean Eating Baked Chicken Burgers“. This is a different variation. Baked burgers are so much healthier than the skillet fried once. No fat is added, only the fat the the meat naturally has.
Makes 6 patties
3 tbsp chopped chives
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup (1 dl) grape fruit juice
3/4 cups (2 dl) finely chopped mango
1 tsp himalayan salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb (454 gr) ground turkey meat
2 egg whites
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)
Mix it all in a bowl, use your hands.
Wet your hands, and on some parchment paper form 6 patties.
Use a wet spoon to flatten.
Bake for about 30 minutes
