healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

Peaches Starter Smoothie


Smoothies is such a great way to get fruit or vegetables into your diet. That and juicing. This smoothie is just fruit though…

1 1/4 cup ( 3 dl) apple juice ( no sugar added)

4 dried dates

1 dried fig

1 handfull pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup ( 1 dl)  frozen peaches

1/2 cup ( 1 dl) plain yoghurt

1/2 cup (1 dl) orange juice

Mix it all in your blender
