Egg white protein pancakes

So I made these again this morning, but I also added a whole banana to the mixture. So easy and so good.

These are a perfect pre-workout meal, or breakfast. Since they are so high in protein. They are very filling.

1 1/2 scoop (about 1/4 cup) of egg white protein

2 eggs

3 tbs cottage cheese

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Mix it in the blender.

I used coconut oil in my pan. This recipe makes about 3 little pancakes.

    I made protein pancakes for the first time today! I added blueberries to the mix. I haven’t used egg white protein, is it flavored or unflavored? Pancakes sound good!

      I have used vanilla flavored 🙂 Yes, I love adding some fruit in there too:) 🙂
