healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Today’s recipe takes about 25 minutes in all to make. These easy, yummy, vegetable burgers are healthy and nutritious. They can be served with just a green salad, cooked potatoes, bread, or just dash of cranberry jam. Its all up to you.
Makes 2 servings
4 tbs chopped leeks
2 carrots, grated
2 potatoes, peeled and grated
4 oz (about 100 gr) Celery root, peeled and grated
3 tbsp spelt flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp coconut butter or melted butter
Butter for the cooking of the burgers
1.Grate your vegetabled
2.Mix inn the eggs, flour and spices.Let stand for a couple of minutes
3.Use a spoon and form 4-6 burgers, about 1 cm thick
4. Add the butter to your frying pan, on medium heat, let cook about 10 minutes on each side.
5.Put on some paper to remove access butter before serving
