healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is what keeps me up at night. My baby is teething. Fun times!
When I was gonna post this I realized that I did not take a picture of the pasta sauce alone.
I served them with my “meatless pizza puffs”. Delish!!!!
1 carrot, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup (1 dl) green onions
2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp honey
salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan
2. Add garlic, carrots and green onions. Sauté.
3. Add the tomatoes.
4. Add the remaining ingredients
5.Put the heat on medium and let simmer. Add some water if it gets too thick.
