healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
I forgot all about this but this is where our pumpkins met their death. In a catapult. It was a fun way to get out in the snow as a family, and to meet other people. Afterwards we did games, and had hot cocoa.
There is supposed to be a massive snow storm up here this weekend. But I think the cold scared the snow away.
I’ve been on a juice kick this last week. I do like to drink me veggies.
Ok, back to the smoothie. So I like spicy stuff, like a lot. And this recipe has a little kick, if you want less or more just adjust the the cayenne pepper!
2 cups (5 dl) frozen mango chunks
1 cup (2.5 dl) frozen pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cup (3.5 dl) coconut water
1/4 cup ( 1 dl) frozen raspberries
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix it all in your blender, until smooth.
