Vegan donuts

So I found the inspiration for this one on this page: Klikk her. 

In these Christmas times I need donuts, and being the person that I am. I had to make them from scratch.  They turned out really good. For sure, I could have made them even more fluffy. 25467941_10159643452650526_1453252898_o


For donuts
  1. 1/2 cup warm water (110°F)
  2. 1 teaspoon of yeast
  3. 1 tablespoon golden flax meal
  4. 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  5. 2 tablespoons sugar
  6. 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  7. 2 teaspoons of vegan egg
  8. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder

Preheat you oil of choice for cooking.

Roll out the dough:


After cooking the donuts, let them cool off for 10 – 15 min.


I made a glaze out of powdered sugar, and  raspberry concentrate. Very refreshing.
