Vegan homemade granola

Vegan homemade granola

This is a recipe I made a while back. But I still love it.  Since I created this blog, there has been a lot of things happening in my life. So many changes, but all with a positive outcome.  So I added a word to the original post of this recipe. As this is a re-do. If you have gone through my recipes you can see that I have many to choose from. But you can also see the changes that I have made over time.

To make a change that is permanent, it takes time. You have to find what works for you. True, there are many great motivators out there. I have so many great women and men that I look up too, who I follow and read about to find my inspiration and my motivation. But in the end, it is all about YOU. What works for one, might not work for the other, but yes, tips and tricks goes a long way.

It has taken me a while, but I think I can say for sure now. That I feel better then what I have the last few years. My body is not a 100%, but things take time. TTT 🙂  I could go on and on about this, but I wanted to make it short this time.

Thinking about changing the look, the name, and maybe adding a vlog to this page. What do you think?

I do hope you enjoy this recipe.

1 dl (1/2 cup) rapeseed oil

1/2 dl (1/4 cup) agave nectar

3 dl (1 1/4cup) spelt flakes

1/2 dl (1/4cup) pumpkin seeds

1 dl (1/2 cup) sunflower seeds

1/2 dl (1/4 cup) shelled hemp seeds

2 dl  (3/4cups) oats

1 dl (1/2 cup) raisins

10 chopped sun dried dates

2Mix the oil and the agave nectar

3.In a separate bowl add all the dry ingredients. Stir well and add in the fluid.

4.Spread the mixture out on your prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the palm sugar  and cinnamon on top

5. Bake the granola, and stir occasionally with a spatula until the mixture is golden. For about 45 minutes.

6. Let the granola cool off. Store in a airtight container.

Be good, be great, be the greatest version of you!
