healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

It an “old”fruit with a lot of health benefits, it has a lot of antioxidants and vitamins, and the calorie count is also low ( if you are one of the people that count calories). Pr. 100 gr of figs there is 74 calories. When you eat a fig fruit you get a lot of things, just to mention a little of what your body gains from the fruit: vitamin A,E and K, magnesium, potassium, digestive enzymes, fibers, several different minerals. All this and it help lower blood sugar and it also helps your metabolism.
